Delivery and Shipping Policy
Lunna Cosmetics fulfils all domestic orders within (2 India is 3 to 6 working days and 4 to 7 working days for North India and East) Fill the days. For delivery of the products in remote areas or where the delivery service is unavailable with our logistics partners, we will take 10 to 15 working days to complete the delivery. Products that are once shipped will not be taken back or the orders will not be cancelled after the shipment is initiated. Liquid items shall be sent to other states within the country only through (Name of the courier) since liquids will not be carried by regular courier services. No order fulfilment will be done on Saturday’s, Sunday’s, and Gazetted National Holidays, Bharath Bandh, Local Bandh and any Regional holidays.
